Claudette Cool Cotton 30dd

Color: American Tan

About the bra: has a low scooped neckline. It’s supposed to be an everyday bra meant to be worn under t-shirts & tank tops.

American tan is a brown color.

It is actually light and airy, like it’s made of t-shirt material. There is a small button at the gore where the wires meet.

There is one vertical seam that goes down the center of the bra.

There is also some sort of side panel on the inner part of the bra, which is visible when worn. 😕

It really is a simple everyday bra.

The review:

Apparently on the Love Claudette site it says some women prefer to go up a cup size. while, I did see that little blurb, I wasn’t (and still am not) completely sure of the correct size for myself, so I got a 30DD. I am okay with buying 30DDs, some are okay, some are too big. But I haven’t encountered one that was too small. Until now. I obviously wouldn’t have thought a 30DD would be too small, and I’m not too keen on buying 30DDD/E, since they would most likely be too big. But with this bra, I may have to go up to a 30E…

Without swooping and scooping, this bra doesn’t look too bad, it actually looks like it kind of fits.

But when I swoop and scoop…

The gore is sitting on my breast tissue. You can see the quadboob.

From this view, you can see the side support panel. As well as the quadboob. The side panel’s visibility doesn’t go away with bigger breasts/cups.

The side profile view, is horrendous, there’s no other way to describe it. It makes my breasts look saggy!!! Which they don’t even look in real life! Again you can see the side panel thingy.

Sagginess, quadboob and nipple visibility, all in one pic!

It looks okay with a low cut top. But not a higher cut top.

With my thin maxi dress, you can see my nipples AND the vertical seams.

I really hate hate that this bra fits me like crap, it is so very comfortable. It literally feels like I’m not wearing anything at all.

I’m really really debating on getting the 30E. The fact that I’d have to pay $7 shipping, and Love Claudette doesn’t accept returns is keeping me from purchasing it.

Claudette Dessous Sucre 30dd

Color: black

About the bra:

While this bra in pictures looks like it’s a balconette style, it’s called (and fits like) a full coverage bra.

It is made from mesh, the main parts of the bra are black, with the trimmings, straps and closure being a bright pink. The upper part is one single fabric, while the bottom is double fabric. This bra is sheer.

The bow in the center is also pink

There are also bows where the cups meet the straps.

The straps are pink and relatively thin.

The review:

Okay, so, I tried this bra on twice, just for hell of it, and it fit differently both times. The fittings were only a few dead apart, and I didn’t gain any weight, so I don’t know why there’s a difference. I will post comparison pictures, so you can see the difference.

First try

Second try

The biggest difference I can see in these pics above is that in the first picture, my left breast (which is on the right side of the pictures) looks higher/taller than it does in the second picture. It’s like you can see a clear definition of where my breast starts. Difference #2 is that you can see some wrinkling at the top of the cup on my right breast in the first picture (which is on the left in the pictures). The third difference is that there seems to be more cleavage in the second picture.

First try

Second try

Oddly enough, there is some wrinkling on the cup in the second picture, that isn’t there in the first picture, and also wasn’t present in the set of pictures above. And you can kind of see that in both pictures it looks like the top of the cup is cutting into my tissue. It’s not quite quadboob.

Initially when I tried the bra on, the gore wasn’t racking, but the second time it was.

Firs try- look at that space!

Second try

This is a closeup of the gore from the second time trying the bra on. There’s some slightly wrinkling between the cups.

A close up of the tightness at the top. I don’t think this would be good for someone that’s FOT, because of the pink elastic at the top. However it does stretch.

Another thing I’ve noticed with this bra is that there seems to be some sort of odd ‘dent’ or indentation on the side right where the cup meets the wire meets the band. It doesn’t hurt, it just looks weird.

The side profile looks okay. I’m still getting used to not wearing molded bras, so the side profiles don’t look rounded enough to me, yet.

A few few things I want to point out:

This Claudette bra is called ‘Dessous Sucre’, Claudette makes other bras that are just called ‘Dessous’. I don’t know if there is a difference in the fit, but the description on the Love Claudette website is the same. I do have my eye on one of the ones without sucre in the title, I’m not sure if I’m going to but it yet. I think that possibly the non Sucre Dessous bras are not full coverage, they’re a little less than full,

The mesh on this bra is very scratchy. When I tried it on, I more or less felt like this was a ‘sexy time’ bra, and not an everyday bra. (If you do indeed wear bras during sex)

Another thing I noticed was that it was so thin that the seams show through on tops/dresses that aren’t very thick. When I got cold I was ever so able to slightly detect where my nipple was, because as you can see from the above pics, my nipples are in the sheer area.

Color: black and magenta

About the bra:

Molded bra. A bra with molded cups. Molded bra cups will keep their shape. The cups are rounded.

The main color of the bra is black.

There is some pink lacing around the top of the cup. At the gore, there is a small lacy pink bow.

the straps and the hook & eye closure are both pink.

The review:

I bought this bra because it was part of the amazon prime day deals, and also because I have it in a 28e, and that was deemed too small. I did however attempt to cancel the order after I made it, but it was too late.

When I swoop and scoop I get a good amount of cleavage, even though this bra doesn’t have any push up padding.

Even though it is an f cup, it still cuts off my tissue.

Side view with some quad boob.

Looks perfect with a cami on.

However, the gore doesn’t tack at all.

Not even a little bit. 😞

Cleo Lucy white 30dd

Color: White

About the bra:

its a white bra made of both lace and mesh. In the 30dd the bottom half of the bra is 2 pieces of fabric, while the top is one. This is a multi-cup bra, featuring one horizontal seam, and one vertical seam, separating the bra cup into three parts.

The upper part of the lace and has a floral design.

The lower part has small flowers randomly placed throughout.

The very top of the cup has a small circular design, which is also present on my Cleo Minnie bra.

the gore has a small bow, the only bow on the whole bra.

has nice thin straps.

This is a cute, simple, yet not boring bra.

The review:

The Lucy bra in white fits drastically different in the white color, versus the black color.

I got it from Amazon when they were having their prime day deals, and it was relatively cheap, so I got both black and white.

This bra is too big. It looks ‘okay’ from the front,

But there is wrinkling throughout the cup

There is a good amount of space at the top.

The gore didn’t tack, there was actually enough room for me to put one finger down there.

side profile was ok, but you can see the wrinkling.

The side profile with my cami on isn’t a good look.

This is will be returned. I initially bought it so I could dye it brown, but I don’t feel like being bothered to go through with an exchange.

Panache Loretta Balconette Black 30dd

I got this as a part of amazon’s prime day deals. It was cheap and came with free shipping/returns, so I said ‘why not?’

Color: black

About the bra:

Balconette/balcony style. This bra offers less coverage than a full coverage bra. It is shaped in a way that provides a full and round appearance of the breasts.

This bra is made of all mesh, with the bottom half (in 30dd) doubled. The upper part is sheer.

W/o flash

With flash

The gore in this bra is relatively high, with the length being a little more than 2 1/4 inches

Lightened so you can see the detail

There is a cross cross design of elastic at the inner part of the gore.

There is a beautiful design at the top of the cups.

As well as at the bottom of the gore. Its very reminiscent of Chinese fans.

The straps have some sort of ribbed design, but they’re still fully adjustable.

There is elastic at the side of the cup, from where the cup meets the wire to where the cup meets the strap.

The review:

I wanted this bra to work out so bad, since it was cheap.  However. It doesn’t really look good on me.

it looks ‘okay’ in these pictures:

But there’s a good amount of wrinkling on both cups. I think the bra wants more center fullness than what I have.

You can somewhat see in the below picture, it’s slightly cutting off my tissue. It seems rather closed on top. I wouldn’t advise someone that’s FOT to buy this bra, as the design on the top doesn’t stretch at all.

It looks bad in the side view.

Even with a tight cami on.

It’s more pointy in real life.
If it wasn’t for the price, I’d have no qualms about returning it. But it’s definitely getting returned.

Panache Loretta Plunge 30DD

I got this as a part of amazon’s prime day deals. It was cheap and came with free shipping, so I said, ‘why not?’

Color: caramel

About the bra:

Plunge style. The center of the tea is cut very low. The sides of the cups are at an angle. Most plunge styles are padded at the bottom of the cup, to push your bust up and give you the maximum amount of cleavage.  This bra is not padded.

This is bra is made up of all mesh, with the bottom portion (in 30dd) doubled. The upper part is sheer.

The gore of this bra is very short, with the length being approximately 1 inch high.

Look at the beautiful design on the cups.

The beautiful design at the top portion of the cups

The straps have a ribbed design, but they are fully adjustable.

the sides of the cups, from the wire to the strap have an elastic band.

The review:

I really wanted this bra to work, so I am going to try to exchange it for a smaller cup size, but I have a sneaking suspicion that it may end  being too small.

This bra mostly fits, except for the top of the cups.

But unlike the Balconette version of this bra, there isn’t much wrinkling. And for some reason, with the Loretta style, a large portion of my nipples are showing.

For some reason all three of the Panache Loretta bras seem to have really tight straps. So tight that when I put the bras on I can see my veins in my right hand. 😳 But I haven’t adjusted the straps longer.

The underarm area, where the elastic is does seem like it’ll be irritating to my skin, but it does contain my side boob.

Much like the balconette style, this doesn’t give me the best side profile.

Even with a tight cami on, I get a sort of ‘saggy’ look which I don’t have without a bra on.

So hopefully, when I get the smaller size I won’t have this issue.

The review:

I wanted this bra to work out so bad, since it was cheap. And the color ends up being the perfect nude for me. However. It doesn’t really look good on me.

Cleo Maya 28dd

Color: animal print

About the bra:

This bra features two different fabrics, lace and a non stretchy polyester/polyamide blend, both which have animal prints on them. I’ve see women mention they didn’t like the different animal prints, and while I can see why they would say that, I personally think it’s cute.

The upper mesh part, has pink and green stitching, and a pink serged outer seam.

The gore in the middle features a neon green bow. The green is the same as the stitching on the mesh.

It’s slightly greener in person.

The actual cups have animal print in a dark blue, blue, light green, pink, and white. Both cups have different patterns. On my particular bra the left cup has a darker color scheme than the right cup.

The band s a dark blue color, with pink at the bottom.

The straps, as well as the hook and eye closure is a beautiful coral pink.

The review:

I love this bra. When I first saw it, I said “I gotta have it!” So I bought it in a 30dd, but it didn’t fit, so I got it in a 28dd. This is the best fitting bra, next to the cleo lucy.

the gore tacks. Although I think it is a little on the high side.

There is no gapping at the top!!

This bra has a lot of uplift.

This is almost VS level of cleavage!

Another view of the cleavage.

The only thing is, I think if I gain even a little bit of weight in my breasts, I’ll start quadboobing. But when I gain weight, it goes to my lower half.

The side view, is nice, and rounded.

I personally would prefer more side coverage. The one issue I always seem to have is not enough side coverage with most bras. But most of the bras I have don’t fit.

Something I notice about {the} Cleo bras {that I own}, they seem to push everything to the front, making me look slimmer. I think most women would like this, but I’m already only about 108lbs, so I don’t really want to look slimmer. I also think it makes my breasts look smaller, which again is not something I want.

But this is a bra I will definitely keep, as long as it fits. ☺️

The review:

I probably made a mistake by wearing this bra for the first time on a day when I had to work. I wore this bra for almost 12 hours, and I found myself wanting to rip it off at around 7:30pm. During the course of my workday, every so often I found myself adjusting the bra. I’ve been wearing 32Cs for years, so I’m not used to such a tight fitting band.

But I wore this to work because I knew I was going to keep it. I got it from Amazon when they were having their prime day deals, so it was relatively cheap.

This is probably the only bra that I only that fits correctly, or comes close to fitting correctly.

There was very little gaping. One of my, breasts is smaller than the other one, so there was some room.

The side profile was ok, I prefer a little more rounder, but it seems like it’s my natural shape.

The upper part of the cup, and the seams were visible in the tank I wore above, but not on the dress I wore to work (which was a little thicker).

the biggest issue I had with this bra today, was there was something about the wire on my smaller side that kep irritating the side of my breast. It almost felt like there was something pointy sticking out of the side of the underwire. I ended up getting a red mark, which will turn into a dark mark soon. 😔

The dark marks outside of the black circle are irritation marks from wearing 32Cs.

Circled area is area of (current) irritation

Love Claudette Paramour 30dd

Garnet color.

About the bra:

Its a beautiful deep red color. Goes wonderfully with my skin color. The bottom half of the fabric is a satin-like material. The upper material is a mesh material. There is a bow at the gore between the cups, as well as one on each side where the straps meet the cups. The outline of the bra is black. On the 30dd there is two hook and eye closures. The mesh on the band matches the mesh that’s at the top of the cups. The gore Cup & strap

The review:

I’m conflicted on whether or not this bra actually fits me. It’s a close call.

The gore tacks at the top, but not at the bottom.

The top of the cup seems rather closed off, so this may not work for someone that’s full on top (FOT).

There is some slightly wrinkling in the cups.

The gore on this bra in particular does seem kind of high to me, but I am used to wearing VS bras that have an extremely small gore. So that will be something I have to get used to.

I get a slightly pointy shape when looking at the profile.

When I initially tried this bra on, I had some gaping between my breast and the bottom of the wires, but as of right now (I have the bra on), and it’s touching my skin.

Verdict: as of right now, I’ve decide to keep this bra. It’s cute and it was cheap. Plus, the company I bought it from doesn’t accept returns.  In the future I may try to go for Cluadette bras in a 28 band, if I can find them.
